Education tickets require a minimum deposit to secure your reservation; deposits are class specific and will be explained on the class flyer. If you would have to cancel, the deposit is nonrefundable. We do allow you to transfer your ticket to another licensed stylist, or you could apply your deposit to a future Angelo’s SDG ticketed event within 12 months from the date of the class you were scheduled to attend. If for any reason an event or class is canceled on our behalf, you will receive a full refund of your deposit.
IN-SALON EVENTS
Please be mindful that much time, planning and preparation go into each one of our in-salon classes. If you must cancel your scheduled class, we ask for at least 2 weeks notice. At this time, your Angelo's Sales Consultant will work with you to reschedule the class. If cancelled less than 2 weeks prior, you will be charged 50%. If cancelled less than 24 hours prior, you will be charged for the full price. If unforeseen circumstances arise, we will address them on an individual basis.
