Jill is the owner and founder of J Michael’s Spa & Salon in Louisville, Kentucky. After styling for 18 years and owning for 10, Jill has developed a strong passion for elevating the industry by educating stylists and owners. Some of her honors include being a Top 200 Salon recipient, a Business First of Louisville - 40 Under 40 honoree, an Innovative Partners in Philanthropy recipient, and top 25 Philanthropic Small Business Owner honoree. Combining her accomplishments with her theatrical background and clever wit, Jill utilizes her partnership with Eufora to inspire stylists and owners to realize the potential of their profession, their creativity, and their business.
