Jill is the owner and founder of J Michael’s Spa & Salon in Louisville, Kentucky. After styling for 18 years and owning for 10, Jill has developed a strong passion for elevating the industry by educating stylists and owners. Some of her honors include being a Top 200 Salon recipient, a Business First of Louisville - 40 Under 40 honoree, an Innovative Partners in Philanthropy recipient, and top 25 Philanthropic Small Business Owner honoree.
